SpreadLove Production ("we", "us") promotes music and cultural events. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and why. What we collect and why - Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, and message, so we can respond to your inquiry. - Partnership form: your name, organization, email, optional phone number, and message, so we can respond to a partnership request. - Newsletter: your email address and preferred language, only if you separately and explicitly opt in. We never subscribe you automatically from a vote or contact form. - Band/artist voting: your selection, and only the optional fields a specific poll asks for (which may include name, email, phone, city, or country). We use a duplicate-vote protection signal (a one-way cryptographic hash of your voting session, and optionally your email/phone) so the same person can't vote twice in the same poll — we never store this signal in a form that could be reversed back into your original information. - Site analytics: which pages and events are viewed, and coarse click events (like a WhatsApp button), to understand what's popular. We do not build individual visitor profiles, and any per-visitor signal we use is a one-way hash that resets every day. Cookies - An administrator authentication cookie (essential — lets an administrator stay signed in). - A language-preference cookie (functional — remembers whether you're browsing in English, Kreyòl, or Français). - A voting duplicate-prevention cookie (essential to poll integrity — lets us recognize you've already voted in a specific poll). - We do not currently use advertising or third-party marketing cookies. If that changes, we'll ask for your consent before any such script loads. No ticket sales or payments This website does not sell tickets and does not process payments of any kind. How long we keep information We keep information only as long as it's useful for the reasons above, then either remove the personal parts or delete it outright. See our data retention practices for specific timeframes; in short, most inquiry and voting content is reduced to non-personal form within about one to two years, and raw technical signals (like IP-based abuse-review hashes) are removed within about 90 days.
